I offer face-to-face sessions in Launceston and Plymouth. Online work is available for clients who prefer that way of accessing therapy.

The initial consultation with me is free of charge and generally lasts 30-45 minutes. You may feel you'd like to take a bit of time to reflect on this meeting before deciding if I am the right therapist for you. If you want to proceed we can agree on a date for our first session.

If you decide to go ahead, I will give you a copy of my agreement, which provides information about issues such as confidentiality and the ethical standards I adhere to. It also details my policy on cancellations.

Sessions are weekly and last one hour,  sessions cost between £50 and £65 depending on the location & type of therapy offered.  I practice in Launceston and central Plymouth. Online sessions are also available.

 

Unfortunately, it is necessary to use stairs to get to my practice room in Plymouth and so this venue may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.
