I offer face-to-face sessions in Exeter. Online work is available for clients who prefer that way of accessing therapy.

The initial consultation with me is free of charge and generally lasts 30-45 minutes. You may feel you'd like to take a bit of time to reflect on this meeting before deciding if I am the right therapist for you. If you want to proceed, we can agree on a date for our first session.

If you decide to go ahead, I will give you a copy of my agreement, which outlines issues such as confidentiality and the ethical standards I adhere to. It also details my policy on cancellations.

I practice in Exeter, and online sessions are also available. One-hour sessions cost £65. My practice room is in central Exeter, and there is a pay car park across the road.

 

Unfortunately, it is necessary to use stairs to get to my practice room and so this venue may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.
